% 16.10.2018 The respondent has been produced from Dasna Jail, Ghaziabad where he is in judicial custody in case FIR No. 998/2017, registered under Section 379 IPC at PS Chandni Bagh, Panipat. The respondent is represented through counsel Mr. Pawan Sharma.

We have heard learned counsels at some length. It is informed that against the acquittal of the accused in case FIR No.103/2007, PSSrinivaspuri, the State has already preferred a leave petition. We are of the considered view that the matter requires deeper consideration. Accordingly we grant leave.
