% 23.05.2018 Petitioner filed an application before the trial court seeking exemption from personal appearance on medical grounds which has been dismissed vide order dated 18th April, 2018 and NBWs were ordered to be issued against the petitioner. Remedy is available to the petitioner to approach the trial court for recalling of NBWs. Accordingly, I am not inclined to entertain present bail application and the same is dismissed accordingly.
