In terms of the previous order passed by this court i.e. order dated 28.05.2018, counsel for the parties have returned with instructions.

2.

Learned counsel say that given the value of the claim, a sole arbitrator be appointed instead of an Arbitral Tribunal consisting of three arbitrators.

Accordingly, Mr. Dilbag Singh Punia, District & Sessions Judge, Delhi is appointed as an arbitrator in the matter. 4.

Counsel are agreed that the arbitration be conducted under aegis of the Delhi International Arbitration Centre („DIAC‟). ARB.P. 400/2018
