W.P.(C) 6010/2018 After some arguments, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner limits the prayer in the present petition to a direction to the East Delhi Municipal Corporation (EDMC) to permit de-sealing of the subject premises bearing No. F-5, Ground Floor, Rec-4, Killa 20, Main 33 Futa Road, Gali No. 1, Shiv Vihar, Karawal Nagar, Delhi, so as to enable him to remove his personal belongings and goods therefrom. Learned counsel for the petitioner further states that a representation in this behalf has already been filed with the EDMC. W.P.(C) 6010/2018

Issue notice.

Mr. Gaurang Kanth, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent/EDMC accepts notice and states that the application filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking de-sealing of the subject premises for the limited purpose of removing his goods shall be considered, in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from today, under intimation to the petitioner.

Directed accordingly.
