CM(M)346/2017 By the present petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India the petitioner seeks to impugn the order dated 10.03.2017 by which an application of the petitioner for appointment of a Local Commissioner was not allowed ex parte. The above application of the petitioner after notice is coming up before the ARC on 30.3.2017. As the application of the petitioner for appointment of a Local Commissioner is pending, the present petition is disposed of with a request to the ARC to dispose of the said application of the petitioner on the next date of hearing provided the respondent is served. All pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of. A copy of this order be given dasti to learned counsel for the petitioner, as prayed for.
