% 12.05.2015 Address of the petitioner has been verified to be House No. C-110, Gali No. 13, Panchali Road, Sree Enclave, Shahbad Dairy, Delhi. In the memo of parties, there is some discrepancy in the address of the petitioner, which has been corrected by filing amended memo of parties. Petitioner is in incarceration for about three years.

He seeks parole on the ground of filing a Special Leave Petition. Parole/Furlough Guidelines, 2010 envisages grant of parole on the ground of filing the Special Leave Petition. Even otherwise, in my view, every convict is entitled to exhaust all the legal remedies as may be available to him upto the highest fora. Accordingly, petition is allowed and petitioner is directed to be released on parole for a

period of one month from the date of his release, subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Jail Superintendent. During the parole period, petitioner shall report to the Station House Officer, P.S. Shahbad Dairy once a week, i.e., on Mondays at 10:00 am. Petitioner is also directed not to leave the territorial bounds of Delhi. On completion of parole period, petitioner shall surrender before the Superintendent Jail. Writ petition is disposed of in the above terms. Copy of the order be sent to the Jail Superintendent for serving it upon the petitioner and for compliance. A.K. PATHAK, J.
