O R D E R

% 01.07.2015 Crl.M.A.No.9199/2015 By this application the petitioner seeks modification of the order dated 8th April, 2015 passed by a Bench of this Court whereby he was granted parole for a period of one month subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs. 5,000/- with one local surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial court.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner belongs to a different State and he is facing difficulty in finding a local surety. He further submits that the order be modified to the extent that the words 'local surety' be replaced with 'surety'.

Since the order has been passed by the different Bench, it ought to be modified by that Bench only.

List this matter before appropriate Bench on 9th July, 2015, subject to the orders of Hon'ble the Chief Justice.
