% 21.03.2016 Mr. Rahul Mehra, Standing Counsel (Crl.) for State submits that the case of the petitioner has now been forwarded to the Hon'ble Lieutenant Governor after the recommendations of the Sentence Reviewing Board. A list has been handed over in court. The name of the petitioner finds mentioned at Serial No. 41 for release.

In view of the stand taken by State, no further orders are required to be passed in the writ petition. As far as the reviewing of the parole guidelines is concerned, Mr. Mehra submits that a Committee has been formed under the Chairmanship of Hon'ble the Home Minister which is looking into the matter.

The petition stands disposed of.
