It is submitted by counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, that he wants to withdraw this bail application as the complainants have not so far been examined and after examination of the complainants he will move appropriate application before the Trial Court.

In view of these submissions, the bail application is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to move appropriate application before the Trial Court concerned who will dispose of the same in accordance with law.
