% 05.10.2018 Mrs. Neelam Ahuja, parental Grandmother of Ms. Nishtha Ahuja (LR of respondent No. 1) and Mr. Vinod Khurana, petitioner No. 2 (also Director of petitioner No. 1) are present.

In compliance of the directions passed by the Hon'ble Court vide order dated 28th August, 2018 directing the petitioners to pay the 1st demand draft of Rs. 5 Lac on 5th October, 2018 (out of total amount of Rs. 40 Lac) in favour of Kumari Nishtha Ahuja C/o Mrs. Neelam Ahuja, Mr. Vinod Khurana has brought a demand draft) dated 28th September, 2018 bearing No. 036138 drawn on Kotak Mahindra Bank for a sum of Rs. 5 Lac in favour of Kumari Nishtha Ahuja C/o Mrs. Neelam Ahuja.

The said demand draft has been handed over today to Mrs. Neelam Ahuja (against receipt mark 'X') who is identified by Mr. Rajiv Bajaj, counsel for the O.M.P. 725/2011

respondent.
