% 26.04.2017 The learned counsel for the parties state that the parties have settled the dispute by a settlement agreement dated 28.02.2017 arrived at before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. The said settlement agreement has also been placed on record. The learned counsel for the parties request that the suit be decreed in terms of the settlement agreement dated 28.02.2017.

The settlement agreement dated 28.02.2017 is lawful. Let a decree sheet be drawn up. The settlement agreement shall form a part of the decree sheet.

The registry is also directed to issue a certificate for refund of court fees to the plaintiff.
