% 08.07.2017 In terms of the settlement so arrived at in the Pre Sitting of Lok Adalat on 30.05.2017, the petitioner company has handed over the cheque bearing No.492576 dated 05.07.2016 for Rs.3,00,000/- drawn on HSBC Bank to the workman present today in full and final settlement. The amount of Rs.2,07,200 lying in the FDR with the Registry along with interest accrued thereon shall also be released in favour of the workman. Nothing remains in the petition.
