The present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeks the following prayer:- "It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed to this Hon'ble Court that F.I.R. No. 88/2016, u/s 186/353/332 IPC & 184/185 M.V.Act, P.S. Nangloi, registered against the petitioner may kindly be quashed, in the interest of justice."

Learned Additional Standing Counsel submits that chargesheet in the present case has been filed.

In view of the above, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to raise the grounds taken herein before the learned Trial Court, at the time of consideration, on point of charge, in accordance with law.
