% 12.02.2016 On 21st January, 2016, this Court had passed the following order:- "In view of the final judgment having been passed by the Competition Commission, this Court is prima facie of the view that the present writ petition is not maintainable.

It is pertinent to mention that in the prayer clause of the present writ petition, there is no challenge to the final judgment and order passed by the Competition Commission.

List on 12th February, 2016."

Today, an amendment application being C.M.No.5259/2016 has

been listed challenging the final judgment and order passed by the Competition Commission.

Since the present writ petition already runs into six volumes, this Court disposes of the amendment application with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition challenging the final judgment and order passed by the Competition Commission. Consequently, the present writ petition and the applications are disposed of. However, the interim order dated 15th January, 2015 passed by this Court shall enure for a period of four weeks. The rights and contentions of all the parties are left open. Order dasti.
