% 18.04.2016 I.A. No.4625/2016 (u/s 151 CPC, by petitioner) and O.M.P. No.743/2011 The abovementioned application has been filed by the petitioner under Section 151 CPC seeking to withdraw the present petition. It is stated in the application that the parties have amicably settled their disputes and have entered into a Settlement Agreement, copy of which has been placed on record in the connected petition being O.M.P. No.237/2015. It is also stated that under the said settlement, the respondent has already received an amount of Rs.40,02,06,024/- on 27th January, 2016. For the reasons stated in the application, the prayer made therein is allowed. As prayed, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn. I.A. No.4625/2016 is disposed of.
