The present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeks the following prayers:

"[a] issue a writ in the nature of certiorari thereby quashing the impugned show cause notice No.F.132/Ex/IMFL/09-10/4611 dated 26.7.2010 suspending the licence L-52/52-F granted to the petitioner.

[b) further issue a writ in the nature of mandamus holding that a licence cannot be suspended under Section 36 of the said Act without compliance to the provisions of the natural justice and giving adequate and sufficient opportunity to the petitioner and further directing the respondents not to suspend the licence in exercise of power under Section 36 of the said Act without due compliance of the provisions of natural justice. [c) pass any other order/orders which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts of the circumstances of the case and in the best interest of justice."
