% 17.08.2017 It is submitted that petitioners and respondent nos. 2 to 4 have settled their disputes amicably, therefore, FIR No.186/2012 under Sections 147/148/149/323/427/506 IPC registered at Police Station Roop Nagar on the complaint of respondent no. 2, may be quashed. It is further submitted that respondent nos.3 and 4 have also been impleaded in the matter as they too sustained injuries in the incident.

Respondent nos. 2 to 4 are present in Court along with their counsel and have been identified by SI Yogesh Kumar, P.S. Roop Nagar. They

submit that they have settled the matter with the petitioners of their own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion and are not willing to pursue the FIR, any further. It is noted that petitioners and respondents were known to each other, inasmuch as, were having business partnership. Keeping in view the settlement arrived at between petitioners and respondent nos.2 to 4, in the interest of justice, FIR No.186/2012 under Sections 147/148/149/323/427/506 IPC registered at Police Station Roop Nagar and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.
