Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the impugned order dated 8.12.2016 is bereft of any reasoning and the same be set aside.

Learned counsel for the respondents, after some arguments, submitted that he has no objection in case the impugned order dated 8.12.2016 is set aside and the matter is remanded back to the Trial Court for fresh consideration.

Accordingly, the impugned order dated 8.12.2016 is set aside and the Trial Court is directed to re-hear the matter on the question of summoning of sister-in-law and her husband and pass a detailed order within six weeks. The Trial Court is also directed to expedite the proceedings.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
