O R D E R

(ORAL) 1.

For the relief sought in this petition, a Representation (Annexure P6) was made by petitioners on 15th December, 2017 wherein it was highlighted that the allowances sought are being already granted to adhoc employees of Chacha Nehru Bal Chikitsalaya. 2.

According to petitioners' counsel, there is no response by respondents to the said Representation (Annexure P-6). Learned counsel for petitioners submit that permission be granted to petitioners to make a fresh composite Representation by petitioner-Ms.Chetna Rani, on her behalf as well as on behalf of remaining petitioners, to second respondent within two weeks from today.

In the facts and circumstances of this case, it is deemed appropriate to dispose of this petition with permission to petitioners to make a fresh W.P.(C) 5870/2018

concise and composite Representation to claim the relief as sought in this petition. Upon receiving such a Representation, second respondent shall give a speaking response thereto within a period of eight weeks, if the relief sought is not to be granted, and its fate be made known to petitioners through petitioner-Ms. Chetna Rani within two weeks thereafter, so that petitioners may avail of the remedies as available in law, if need be.
