Both the petitioners are present before the Court with counsel. 2.

I have interaction with the petitioners. They state that they are major and have performed marriage with their free consent. 3.

Learned ASC for the State informs that the address of the petitioners has been verified and at present they are residing at Staff Quarter No.12, Block C-2, Radio Colony, Kingway Camp, Delhi. He further informs that the petitioners have performed marriage with their free consent.

Learned ASC further informs that necessary protection shall be made available to the petitioners. W.P.(CRL) 1630/2018

Since the petitioners have performed marriage with their free consent and they are adults, they need protection. 5.

The State shall continue to provide protection to the petitioners against any threat at the said address as per rules. 6.

The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. 7.
