% 21.10.2016 Mr. Arun Birbal, learned standing counsel for DDA has handed over the copy of letter dated 20th October, 2016 which is taken on record. Copy of the same has been handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioner who is satisfied with the action of DDA.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner shall deposit Rs.10,730/- with DDA within 10 days from today. Let the possession of plot be handed over to the petitioner within six weeks of the deposit of the money.

This petition is disposed of as satisfied.

This Court appreciates the action taken by DDA to resolve the petitioner's grievance.
