% 29.11.2017 Counsel for the appellant submits, on instructions, that she may be allowed to withdraw the present appeal.

The appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.

By order dated 31.08.2012 the insurance company had been directed to deposit the entire awarded amount with upto date interest and out of such deposit sixty per cent (60%) was permitted to be released. The balance shall now be released with accrued interest to the claimants in terms of the impugned award.

The statutory deposit shall be refunded to the appellant insurance company.
