% 17.09.2018 C.M. 37069/2018 (u/S 151 CPC) By way of this application, first respondent seeks clarification of Judgment of 10th August, 2017, which directs payment of interest @9% per annum from the date of filing of the claim petition till realization. In the execution proceedings, applicant's counsel had sought time to seek clarification as to whether the interest @9% per annum has to be paid by the Insurer from the date of filing of the petition, till payment of the awarded compensation.

Upon hearing, I find no clarification of Judgment of 10th August, 2017 is required, as the interest of 9% per annum is payable from the date of filing of the claim petition, till realization. With aforesaid observations, this application is disposed of. Dasti.
