After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the writ petition to take recourse to an appropriate remedy.

I may note that a suit was filed by the petitioner in the District Court at Delhi. This suit was numbered as: CS No.2147/2017. 3.1.
The said suit was, however, dismissed by the concerned court vide judgment dated 11.5.2018.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to take recourse to an appropriate remedy, albeit, in accordance with law.
