% 26.02.2016 After some arguments, learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that the petition is not pressed. He however pressed for expedition in the Trial.

Present suit is a suit for possession. Parties are at the stage of evidence. Evidence of PW-1 stands closed. Learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that there is only one witness on behalf of the plaintiff. There are two witnesses qua the defendant and this statement of the learned counsel for the respondent is taken on record. The Trial Court in this background shall endeavour to expedite the trial and dispose of the suit expeditiously preferably within an outer limit of 8 months from today.

Petition disposed of.
