O R D E R

% 31.08.2016 Petitioner is aggrieved by the unauthorized and illegal construction which is being carried out in Khasra No.576, Som Bazar, Bandh Road, Mother Dairy, Devli, New Delhi and Khasra No.667, Devli Bus Stand, Hero Honda Pashupathi Nath Gali, Devli, New Delhi. It is stated that this is in violation of the bye-laws. Complaints have been lodged before the requisite Competent Authority but no action has been taken.

A status report has been filed by the SDMC. The same has been perused. Qua Khasra No.576 (supra) it is stated that action has been initiated against this property qua the unauthorised construction which is in the shape of stilt to the third floor. Sealing action has also been taken. Letters for disconnection of electricity and water supply have been sent to the Competent Authorities.

Qua Khasra No.667 (supra) it is stated that action under

Sections 343 and 344 of the DMC has been initiated and unauthorized construction in the shape of stilt from the ground floor to third floor has been noted. These submissions of the respondent have been noted In view of these submissions, it is expected that the respondent Corporation will take all actions in accordance with law and in true letter and spirit ensure that the demolition/sealing proceedings initiated by them are taken to their ultimate goal. Since none has appeared for the petitioner, in spite of the matter has been called thrice. This petition is dismissed in default as also on merits.
