% 11.01.2016 The plaintiff filed the suit for partition and permanent injunction. The valuation of the suit is Rs.56,55,000/-.In view of Notification No. 27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24th November,2015 & in exercise of power conferred by Section 4 of the Delhi High Court (Amendment) Act, 2015, (Act 23 of 2015), which came into force with effect from 26th October, 2015 vide Notification No. F.No.L-19015/04/2012-Jus dated 26th October, 2015 issued by the Government of India, Ministry of Law, Justice & Company Affairs published in Gazette of India Extraordinary, Part-II, Section 3 Sub-section (ii), the present matter is liable to be transferred to the learned District Judge Karkaradooma (East), Karkardooma Courts, Delhi.

Parties to appear before the concerned Court on 8th March, 2016.

As there is no appearance on behalf of the defendants or their counsel, the Registry to issue the Court notice, without process fee, to the defendants as well as through counsel for the next date for their appearance before the Transferee Court.

Learned counsel for the plaintiffs will also inform the learned counsel for the defendants

about the orders passed by this Court through Regd. post. MANMOHAN SINGH, J.
