Appellant Insurance company has filed an Appeal for reduction of compensation. The matter has been amicably settled between the parties wherein out of the deposited amount by the Insurance Company in pursuance of order dated 3/7/2018 passed by this Hon'ble Court, the Insurance Company shall pay a lump-sum amount of Rs.20,00,000/- as full and final settlement in r/o subject matter of the appeal and rest of the amount lying deposit with the Tribunal along with the complete interest shall go to insurance company. 2.

In view of the settlement arrived at between the parties, the learned Tribunal shall release the amount Rs.20,00,000/- to the respondents-claimants in terms of award of the MACT and the

balance amount lying deposited with the Tribunal along with the complete interest amount shall be refunded to the Insurance Company subject to fulfilment of all the requisite formalities. 3.

The Registrar General of this Court shall release the statutory amount of Rs. 25,000/- deposited by the Insurance Company along with interest, if any, to the Insurance Company subject to the fulfilment of requisite formalities. Consequently, the appeal stands disposed of accordingly.
