As per order dated 11.11.2024 of the Hon'ble Court, it is observed that the instant appeal is dismissed for the want of prosecution and the bank guarantee furnished by the respondent in terms of the interim relief shall be released. In view of the averments made in the application, the same is allowed.

Registry is directed to release the all originals bank guarantees including the renewal to the respondent in terms of order dated 11.11.2024.
