O R D E R

Respondent No.1 has deposited Rs.14,50,000/- with the Registrar General of this Court in terms of judgment dated 31st October, 2018. The Registrar General is directed to disburse the aforesaid amount to petitioner No.2 by instructing UCO Bank, Delhi High Court Branch as under:- i.

Rs.12,00,000/- be kept in 120 FDRs of Rs.10,000/- each, for the period one month to 120 months respectively, in the name of petitioner No.2 with Cumulative Interest.

ii.

The balance amount, after keeping Rs.12,00,000/- in FDRs, be released to petitioner No.2, Shrimata Devi by transferring the same to her savings bank account No.601010110009001 with Bank of India,

Rajindra Place, New Delhi (IFSC Code: BKID0006010) UCO Bank, Delhi High Court Branch shall release the amount after the claimants produce the original passbook of her savings bank account No. 601010110009001 with Bank of India, Rajindra Place with the endorsement that no cheque book/debit card has been issued to the claimants.

iii.

All the original FDRs shall remain with UCO Bank, Delhi High Court Branch.

However, the statement containing FDR number, amount, date of maturity and maturity amount shall be furnished by UCO Bank to the petitioner No.2.

iv.

The maturity amounts of the FDRs be released to the claimant in her aforesaid savings bank account.

v.

No loan or advance or pre-mature discharge shall be permitted without the permission of this Court.

vi.

Bank of India, Rajindra Place, New Delhi shall permit the claimant to withdraw money from his savings bank account by means of a withdrawal form.

Liberty is given to petitioners to approach this Court for pre-mature discharge of last 20 FDRs of Rs. 10,000/- each at the time of marriage of each daughter.

List for reporting compliance on 18th January, 2019. 4.

Copy of this order be given dasti to counsels for the parties under signatures of the Court Master.
