% 21.11.2017 After some hearing, the counsel for the appellant submits that he may be allowed to withdraw the appeal.

The appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.

By order dated 16.09.2013, the insurance company had been directed to deposit the entire awarded amount with up to date interest accrued thereon with the Registrar General, out of such deposit, 70% was permitted to be released. The balance shall also be released to the claimants in terms of the judgment of the Tribunal.

The statutory amount shall be refunded.
