O R D E R

% 27.07.2018 The petitioner seeks bail in case bearing FIR no. 92/2017, Police Station - Hauz Khas, under sections 420/457/468/471/120-B IPC. On 06.12.2017, he was directed to deposit an amount of Rs.10 lacs with the Registrar General of this Court within a week thereof and the remainder amount along with interest thereon by 31.12.2017. An amount of Rs.95 lacs had depleted from the account of the respondent. The petitioner had failed to deposit the said monies. Accordingly, his application for interim bail was dismissed on 17.01.2018. He had failed to appear before the Trial Court on 23.12.2017 as well as on 05.01.2018. Hence, NBWs were issued against him. He then moved an application for bail before this Court which was dismissed on 31.07.2017.

The conduct of the petitioner does not make out a case for grant of bail. It is dismissed.
