% 27.08.2019 Learned counsel for Rakhi @ Pooja Kapoor [the respondent in Bail APPL. 1740/2019, W. P. (Crl.) 1191/2010, CONT. CAS 401/2011, W. P. (Crl.) 1189/2010] and (petitioner in Crl. M. C 3689/2010 and CONT. CAS. 609/2011) submits that she is in judicial custody in case FIR No. 1375/2014 Police Station-Rajouri Garden under Section 302/201 Cr.P.C. but is presently on interim bail. She states that she will like to be present during the course of hearing of the petition to assist the counsel. Heard.

In case, respondent Rakhi @ Pooja Kapoor is in judicial custody at the time of hearing of this petition, learned counsel may move an application for issuance of production warrants so that she can be present during course of hearing.
