In our view, this petition is not maintainable as a public interest litigation.

Mr. Kirti Uppal, ld. Senior Counsel for the petitioners, on instructions from the petitioners, prays for leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to invoke an appropriate remedy in accordance with law.
