O R D E R

% 30.10.2018 Mr. Niyazi, the learned counsel for respondent No. 2 submits that the mediation efforts have been a non-starter; primarily because the husband has not joined the same and repeated requests for his whereabouts have yielded no results.

Mr. Srivastava, the learned counsel for the State submits that the accusations against the petitioners are rather serious and custodial interrogation of the said parties would be necessary. Their conduct so far been shown to be non-cooperative. He further submits that the whereabouts of the complainant's husband could be ascertained from the petitioners through the custodial interrogation.

In view of the above, the interim order dated 28.05.2018 stands vacated.

The petitions are dismissed NAJMI WAZIRI, J.
