% 13.07.2018 The petitioner seeks bail. He has been incarcerated for offences punishable under sections 302/34 IPC and section 7 of the Arms Act, 1959. Of the 28 prosecution witnesses, 20 witnesses have been examined. Some family members of the victim and other public witnesses are yet to be examined.

Mr. Chadha, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State submits that the next date for recording of evidence is 08.08.2018 and he expects the evidence to be completed in four weeks thereafter. Let this endeavour be made.

In view of the above, the learned counsel for the petitioner does not press this application at this stage.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
