The petitioner is aggrieved by the judgment dated 07.05.2018, passed by the Tribunal, dismissing his O.A. No.1677/2018, wherein, he had prayed for quashing the order dated 16.03.2018, passed by the respondents, posting him from Ghaziabad to Hyderabad.

After addressing arguments at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner states on instructions that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition.
