Crl. M.A. No.7663/2015 (for cancellation of anticipatory bail) Vide order dated 21st January, 2015, anticipatory bail was granted to the petitioner after noting down the contentions of the parties. By this application it is prayed that bail be cancelled, inter alia, on the grounds that petitioner has not been paying maintenance regularly and Execution Petitions are pending in the concerned court.

I do not find any justification to cancel the anticipatory bail. Application is dismissed.
