% 20.05.2019 The petition impugns the order dated 26.03.2018 and also 10.05.2018 whereby the opportunity to cross-examine PW1 of defendant/petitioner was closed. During the course of arguments learned counsel for the respondent submits if the petition is allowed it may be subject to cost.

In the circumstances, the orders dated 26.03.2018 and 10.05.2018 are set aside and the petitioner is granted one opportunity to examine PW1 subject to cost of Rs.10,000/- to be paid to the learned counsel for the respondents on the date to be fixed by the learned Trial Court.

The petition stands disposed of. Pending applications also stand disposed of.
