Present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No.805/2015 registered under Sections 377/307/323/506 IPC at PS Punjabi Bagh. It is stated that the matter has been settled amicably with the complainant / respondent No.2 before the Mediation Centre, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi vide settlement agreement dated 17.08.2015.

Complainant / respondent No.2 is present with counsel and has been identified by the Investigating Officer. I have enquired from the complainant if she has settled the dispute with the petitioner amicably CRL.M.C. 1529/2017

without any fear or pressure. She has informed that all the disputes between the parties have been resolved amicably with her free consent and she has no objection to the quashing of the FIR in question. First motion has been granted.

For second motion, the case is listed on 02.05.2017 before the Trial Court and the amount of `2.5 lacs shall be paid at the time of grant of second motion. Pursuant to the settlement, amount of `3.5 lacs by way of demand draft bearing No.143320 dated 08.03.2017 drawn on Andhra Bank has been given to the complainant in the Court today.

The petition is supported by affidavits of the parties. Copy of settlement agreement dated 17.08.2015 before Mediation Centre, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi has been placed on record. 4.

Since the dispute between the parties has been settled, no useful purpose will be served to continue with the proceedings. In the interest of justice and to enable the parties to settle in life, FIR No.805/2015 registered under Sections 377/307/323/506 IPC at PS Punjabi Bagh and all the proceedings arising therefrom are quashed. Parties shall abide by the terms and conditions of the settlement agreement dated 17.08.2015.

The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
