We are informed by learned counsel for the appellant that the parties have resolved all their disputes out of Court and are cohabiting as husband and wife since 09th April, 2016.

We are also informed that the appellant has since withdrawn HMA No.1489/2013, which was filed by him seeking dissolution of marriage. The said petition was withdrawn from the Family Courts, Rohini. The respondent has also withdrawn the execution petition filed by her seeking execution of the order dated 03rd July, 2014 passed in the said divorce petition.

A prayer is made on behalf of appellant that he may be permitted to withdraw the present appeal and the pending applications. The respondent, who is present in person, confirms that the parties are living together and the above proceedings have been withdrawn.

We may note that the matter was sent to Mediation Centre vide order dated 19th October, 2015 and substantial efforts were made by the Mediator, MAT.APP.(F.C.) 108/2014
as is clear from report dated 04th November, 2015. It is apparent that the intervention of the Mediator has facilitated the parties in resolving their disputes.
In view of the settlement between the parties, the present appeal and all pending applications are dismissed as withdrawn. Let a copy of this order be sent to Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre.
