O R D E R

% 16.01.2020 The parties have settled their issues pending in appeal before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre, Delhi High Court, New Delhi vide settlement agreement dated 23.2.2019 in terms of para Nos.8(a) to 8(h). It is stated the parties shall be bound by the above terms as they have entered into the settlement voluntarily, without any undue influence or coercion from any corner. The settlement agreement dated 23.12.2019 be placed on record.

The appeal stands disposed of in terms of above settlement. As the matter has been settled through mediation, the appellant shall be entitled to refund of Court fee per Section 16A of the Court Fees Act. The pending application, if any, also stands disposed of. LCR be remitted forthwith.
