OMP(Misc.)(Comm.) 113/2018 This is a joint petition under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 filed by the parties seeking extension of time for making of the Award by the Sole Arbitrator adjudicating the disputes that have arisen between the parties in relation to the Contract dated 26th December, 2011.

Having perused the reasons given in the petition, time for making of the Award is extended by a further period of one year with effect from 21st September, 2018.

The petition is allowed in the above terms with no order as to costs.
