% 28.05.2018 After some hearing, the counsel for the petitioner submits, on instructions, that he may be allowed to withdraw the present petition and the application filed therewith, as the petitioner undertakes to assist the trial court in adjudicating on the pending applications which are coming up on 23rd July, 2018, by appearing with her counsel well in time. This court hopes and trusts that the trial court will take up the pending applications on the date fixed.

The petition and the application filed therewith are dismissed as withdrawn.
