% 30.05.2018 The parties are present through their Advocates. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent No.3 states, in terms of the order dated May 07, 2018, the respondent No.3 has applied for fresh connection for the first floor of the property. This fact is acknowledged by learned counsel for the respondent No.2. She also states that a demand note has been generated, subject to payment of the charges in terms of the demand note, fresh electricity connection shall be provided within two days thereafter. The learned counsel for the respondent No.3 states that the charges
shall be deposited by tomorrow. His statement is taken on record. In view of the above, it is expected that the petitioner shall have the electricity connection on or before June 02, 2018. The contempt petition is closed. If there is any inaction on the part of the respondents, liberty is with the petitioner to revive the contempt petition.
