O R D E R

% 19.08.2015 Learned counsel for the defendant No. 2 on instructions submits that the members, representatives or office bearers of defendant No. 2 do not have any intention whatsoever of stopping ingress and egress of the employees, clients, customers and visitors of the plaintiff to the area in question, namely, Inland Container Depot, Tuglakabad, New Delhi nor they will hold any demonstration inside the complex or within the distance of 50 meters of the gates of the complex inasmuch as will not gharao the employees, clients, customers and visitors of the plaintiff. Similar statement was made by the learned counsel for the defendant Nos. 3 & 4 on 10th December, 2013. On their making statements, suit was decreed in terms of the statement made by the learned counsels.

Learned counsel for the plaintiff submits that the suit is not pressed against the defendant No. 1. Accordingly, suit is disposed of as not pressed qua defendant No. 1. As regards defendant No. 2, decree is passed thereby restraining the defendant No. 2 from holding demonstration inside the complex or within the distance of 50 meters of the gates of the complex. Members and office bearers of the defendant No. 2 are further restrained from stopping ingress and egress of the employees, clients, customers and visitors of the plaintiff to the area in question, namely, Inland Cotainer Depot, Tuglakabad, New Delhi. They are also restrained from gharaoing the employees, clients, customers and visitors of the plaintiff.
