% 30.05.2016 Learned counsel for the petitioner states that since the order in some of the bill of entries is appealable under Section 129A of Customs Act, 1962, the petitioner would like to withdraw the present writ petition qua the said bill of entries and file an appeal. In respect of other bill of entries, learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to file an appropriate proceeding in accordance with the law. With the aforesaid liberty, the present writ petition and the applications stand dismissed as withdrawn.
