The present application has been moved under Order XXIII Rule 3 and 3A CPC for placing on record the terms of the settlement between the parties. The Plaintiffs are the parents of the Defendants No.1 and 2 and the in-laws of Defendants no.3 and 4. The parties have arrived at a settlement as contained in para 5 of the application and annexure A which is a memorandum of oral family settlement dated 27th February, 2018. The application is signed by all the parties and by their counsels. It is also supported by the affidavits of all the parties. The settlement has been perused.

It is a settlement by which the parties have agreed as to who would be the owner/beneficiary of each of the properties listed in para 5. The

settlement terms are lawful and there is no impediment in recording the same.

The suit is decreed as per the terms of the settlement in para 5 read along with oral family settlement dated 27th February, 2018. All parties and their heirs/successors shall be bound by the settlement contained therein. Suit is decreed with no orders as to costs. All pending I.As are disposed of. 4.

The date fixed before Joint Registrar is cancelled. Decree sheet be drawn accordingly.

In terms of Section 16A of the Courts Fee Act, 50% court fee is directed to be refunded to the Plaintiff.
