The present petition is preferred as the petitioner is aggrieved by the action of local police in declaring him 'Bad Character'. 2.

Ms. Rao, learned ASC (Crl.) for the State submits that the respondent was initially moved from Bundle A to Bundle B. However, on account of his continuous indulgence in three further offences, his name was put again in Bundle A. It is further submitted that the last assessment was made in the year 2019, and that the concerned DCP will review the order and hearing will also be given to the petitioner.

In view of the above, the petition is disposed of with direction that while considering the review, hearing be given to the petitioner.
