None appears for the petitioner.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has been appearing intermittently.

The matter was listed on 23.04.2024 when this Court noted the non-appearance on behalf of the petitioner and it was also observed that if no one appears for the petitioner on the next date of hearing, the Court would be constrained to dismiss the case on account of non-prosecution.

The submissions of Respondent No. 2 was also recorded that the petitioner has not complied with the order dated 13.09.2023 wherein the petitioner was directed to file written synopsis.

The petitioner does not seem to be interested in pursuing the present matters.

The petitions are, therefore, dismissed for non-prosecution. 7.
